Do credits expire?
No, purchased credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@assay.it.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Is there a free tier?
New users receive trial credits. After that, you'll need to purchase credits or use BYOK.
